To access an account’s user settings, locate the Personal Profile icon in the top right-hand corner of your home screen and select the wrench button which will pop up on the right-hand side.

Clicking this button will bring up a Settings screen with a list of various features and information that you can edit according to the account’s needs and preferences. The following is a summary of the options available on this screen.

  • You can edit the account’s [1] Username, [2] Email Address, and [3 & 4] Full Name by typing them in the respectively named text boxes.
  • You can also edit [5] the account password in the appropriately labeled box, adhering to the following guidelines:
  • The password must contain at least one uppercase character (A-Z), and one lowercase letter (a-z), one digit (1-9), and one special character (e.g. !@#$ or a space).

You will need to enter your password twice (once in Password and a second time in [6] Confirm Password). After clicking Submit, the password will be activated for the current organization. See Assigning User Roles to grant further permissions to the new organization member.

  • You can also select a [7] Secret Question in case the user forgets the account password by selecting an option from the drop-down menu, and subsequently typing in the [8] Secret Answer in the box below it.
  • You can also select the [9] Language Preference from the associated drop-down menu.
  • Finally, you can add a profile picture for the account by clicking the [10] Select Image button and selecting the file you want to append. Alternatively, you can drag and drop the image over the box that says Drop File Here.
