How do I export to Excel?

All records have an option to export to excel from the data grid. First navigate to the desired record page through the navigation menu on the left.

From the data grid there will be a button near the top right of the grid for exporting.

Depending on the type of record the export button may look different. (Vouchers and Invoices have an option for Quickbooks as well as Excel)

To export all records simply click the ‘Export to Excel‘ option with no rows selected. Regardless if the Selected rows options is checked if no records have been selected the application will export all by default.

To specify which records to export mark the check box to the left of the record before clicking the export button. Multiple items may be marked for export at a time.

selected_rowsFor vouchers and invoices verify the Selected rows option is checked to export specific records. By default all other records with only the option to export to excel will export depending on which rows are selected. If no rows are selected all records are exported.
