Who has access to which dashboard parts?

The five roles that have unique dashboard parts by default are the Admin, Supplier Contract Approver, Supplier Contract Administrator, Customer Contract Approver, Customer Contract Administrator role.


Admin

The admin role has access to four dashboard parts; Top Errors Today, Recent Notifications, Error Count Last 30 Days, and Users.

Top Errors Today contains a list of the top ten errors that have occurred on the current day. Each error is grouped and ranked based off the number of times the error occurred.

Recent Notification provides a useful list of ten notifications that have been sent out recently to users. For more information on notifications see Who receives notifications.

 

 

 

 

 

Error Count Last 30 Days is a line graph with the total number of errors occurring each day over the last 30 days.

Users dashboard part is a pie chart with the number of Active, Pending, and Incative users.

 

 


Supplier Contract Approver & Supplier Contract Administrator

These roles have access to the Vouchers Waiting for Approval, Supplier Contracts that Need Review, and Supplier Contract Obligations by Month.

Vouchers Waiting for Approval supplies the users with a tile chart that displays the number of vouchers that are waiting to be moved into the approved status.supplier_contracts_the_need_review

Supplier Contracts that Need Review supplies the users with a tile chart that displays the number of supplier contracts that are currently in the Need Review status.

 

 

Supplier Contract Obligations by Month provides the users with a visual of all reoccurring supplier contract payment obligations by month for the current year.

Customer Contract Approver & Customer Contract Administrator

These roles have access to the Customer Contracts that Need Review and Customer Contract Obligations by Month.

Customer Contracts that Need Review supplies the users with a tile chart that displays the number of customer contracts that are currently in the Need Review status.
