Default Workflow

The default workflow is designed for records that need to be transitioned between two workflow statuses ACTIVE and INACTIVE

When a record with the default workflow is saved for the first time, it is placed in ACTIVE status. users can change the status by accessing the form via the edit link to the right of the desired entry. To inactivate the record, click the Deactivate button to the bottom right of the form, which will place the record in INACTIVE status.

The user can also move the record back to ACTIVE status again by navigating to the Customer form and clicking the Reactivate button.

When you are finished making changes, click Save to save the file.
