Contracts

A Contract represents an agreement between the Organization and a Customer, Employee or Supplier. Contracts can be used to generate scheduled charges, known as Invoices.

To edit a Contract, click the Contract Number or edit link. To create a new Contract, click the + button in the record grid. Contracts can be moved through their workflow by opening the record for editing and clicking the applicable button at the bottom of the form.

From anywhere in the tractFile application a Menu is displayed on the left side of the page. To navigate to the three pages mentioned click the Contracts category which will drop down a list of subcategories.

Each subcategory also contains another dropdown pertaining to the status of the records. Selecting one of the status items will open up a grid with only records that are of the same status.
