Notification Log

A Notification is sent to a User’s email when sending new user invitations, rejecting contracts, pending contracts, forgot password requests, and notifying Users contracts need to be reviewed.

The navigation link to the Notification Log is located under the Administration panel in the menu bar. From the grid there is a list containing the Template used for the notifications, the Medium Sent By such as email notifications, the Subject of the notification, the Time Sent and the Source of the notification (Either through a Workflow or Scheduled Task).

To access detailed information about the notifications click the View link to the left of a given notification from the grid page. This will bring up a window showing the Template, Medium Sent By, recipient (To), sender (From), Notification Status, Subject, Time Sent, Notification Body, and Source as well as any Individual Notifications sent to a list of individual users.
